Business automation and custom softwareSoftware that fits how your business works.

Get your systems talking to each other and the repetitive jobs off your team. When off the shelf software means changing how you work, I build what fits, on desktop or phone.

Sound familiar?

If any of these ring true, there's probably a better way.

  • Someone spends hours every week pulling reports together by hand.
  • Your systems give different numbers for the same thing.
  • You're paying for features nobody touches and still need other tools to fill the gaps.
  • Your team can't get what they need when they're away from a desk.
  • Your team has changed how it works to suit the software.
  • The tools that got you here are starting to hold you back.

How we'd work together

Step 1

The chat

Tell me what's getting in the way. You'll get an honest view of what's worth fixing, what it would cost and where to start.

Step 2

The build

You get a fixed price before any work starts. We shape the plan together, then I build the whole system around how your business works.

Step 3

After launch

As your business changes, your software can too. When you need a new feature, new data or an answer, you have a direct line to me.

About

You deal with me, start to finish

No account manager and no handover to a junior. Nothing gets lost in translation and you never explain things twice.

I've spent 25 years running, building and fixing systems for hundreds of businesses. Along the way I've worked with everyone from finance and purchasing to marketing, customer service and leadership teams, so I know where the hours go.

Based on the Gold Coast, working with businesses across Australia.

Ownership

Owned outright. No licence fees.

It's set up in accounts your business owns, your data stays with you and you get clear documentation of how it all works.

I'd rather keep you because the work is good, not because you have no choice.

  • Set up in your business's accounts, under your name
  • Built on common, widely used tools
  • Clear documentation and a proper handover

Questions

What does it cost?

Every build gets a fixed price before any work starts. For most jobs a conversation or two is enough to get there, at no cost to you. For larger or less clear projects, like a new platform or replacing a core system, I'll suggest a paid scoping first so the price you get is one I can stand behind.

How long does it take?

Most jobs are working within a few weeks. Bigger builds are split into phases, so you're using the first part while the next is built.

How much of my time will it take?

A few sessions with you and the people who do the work, so I understand how things run. Then you get regular updates while it's built. Before it goes live, your team tests it.

Do I need to know what I want?

No. Bring the problem. Working out the fix is my job and you don't need to be technical.

Can you work with the software we already have?

Yes. Often the fix is connecting what you already have. If something is costing you more than it's worth, I'll tell you and we'll look at the options.

Can you build mobile apps?

Yes, connected to the systems you already use. App store or a web app that works on any phone, whichever suits.

What happens once it's built?

It's yours. If anything doesn't work as agreed, I'll fix it free for 90 days. After that, you can add a monthly Care plan. It's monitored around the clock. If anything stops working, I'm alerted straight away and get it fixed fast. If an app it connects to changes how it works, I update your system to match. Small changes are included and bigger ones are quoted before I start. If you have IT people, I'll walk them through how it works and hand over the technical documentation.

Can you fix something someone else built?

Yes, including things built with AI tools. No judgement. I'll look at what's there, keep what works and fix what doesn't.

Can you build AI into our systems?

Yes. When AI is the right call, I build it into your systems properly: working with your own data, seeing only what it should and with a person checking where it matters. It isn't always the answer. Sometimes connecting your platforms, automating a workflow or building a tool that works the way you do gets you further. I'll tell you which.

Where does our data live?

Your data stays in systems your business owns. Anything new I set up belongs to your company from day one, so you hold the keys. It's stored in Australia on platforms certified to ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

Bring me the problem

Tell me what's getting in the way. You'll leave knowing whether it's worth fixing and roughly what it would take. If you don't need me, I'll say so.

Rather email?
